This is a full role for an Account Assistant located in Queensway. Our client is one stop instant printing company in Singapore. You will take the responsibilities involving performing daily data entry tasks using Accpac and Excel, managing both Accounts Payable for suppliers and Accounts Receivable from customers. Key responsibilities:

• Reporting to the General Manager
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts.

• Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
