Our Requirements

· Knowledge or exposure to cybersecurity controls, infrastructure technology (i.e. cloud security, network, virtualization), ethnical hacking, application security, API, micro services and secure coding standards;

· Familiar with the regulatory requirements specific to technology risk management (e.g. MAS, RMiT, OJK);

Key Responsibilities:

• Full Spectrum of Account Receivable Function.
• Generate and send out invoices to customers accurately and in a timely manner.
• Follow up on overdue payments and communicate with customers to resolve outstanding issues.

• Investigate and resolve discrepancies or billing errors in a timely manner.

- Support Managing Director of Internal Audit Department, Asia-Pacific Office to develop, coordinate and drive cross-regional audit strategies, aligning with overall business strategy and external regulatory requirements

- Deliver executive-level communications and ensure alignment with business objectives

- Map key regulatory and stakeholder relationships, building sustainable connections

- Communicate with a variety of stakeholders across related departments/sections

- Support the development of an assurance planning and reporting process

- Maintain and review of policies and procedures, including ensuring they are up to date with all legislation and best practices

- When required, participate in on-site audit including:

- Reporting on control deficiencies to management

What you should have

- A Bachelor’s Degree

KEY JOB PURPOSE

The successful candidate will be part of our company and contribute to administrative and accounting activities. He/she will provide assistance to the corporate lab enabling the company and R&D staff to accomplish their R&D activities effectively and efficiently.

Account Role

- Manage full set of financial statements (Balance Sheets, P&L and cash flow) for two entities.

- Manage full set of account including vendor invoice processing, payment arrangements, journal entries, inter-company charges and GL maintenance

- Perform financial operations like checking of invoice, expense claim/reimbursement from employee

- Ensure accurate and timely monthly financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and analysis.

- Fixed asset register, tracking and depreciation recordings

- Prepare prepayment, accrual and account payable list report

- Review and manage all bookkeeping activities

- Prepare yearly audit schedules

- Laise with external auditor, banker and secretory if there is a need

- Manage office supplies inventories

- Keep tracking on procurement payment request and bills to pay

- Any Ad Hoc duties assign by management
