A global industrial engineering solutions MNC is looking for a Key Account Manager for Data Center Cooling. The incumbent will be responsible for driving sales and business growth within the Data Center Cooling segments by engaging with key stakeholders, identifying market opportunities, and leading proposal preparations to achieve sales targets in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and drive sales opportunities within cooling solutions for the data center market
• Engage with engineering consultancies and data center end-users/operators/developers
• Lead proposal preparation and consultation for cooling-related solutions
• Involved in planning, tendering, awarding and execution of cooling projects
• Research on business opportunities in the Data Center Cooling and Building Technology segments.
• Focus on hospitality, commercial, and district cooling projects to enhance market position.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of technical sales experience in cooling solutions
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or any other relevant disciplines
• Familiarity with HVAC or piping solutions
• Experience and network with engineering consultancy firms for data center market and its end-users directly

Job Descriptions:

• Support the Project Manager/Director in attaining holistic objectives of the assigned surveys.
• Provide one-stop service to selected respondents to attain survey data timely and accurately.
• To be subject matter expert in survey content, objectives and deliverables.
• Develop a thorough understanding of respondents’ firm operations and processes thus applying this knowledge to collect data effectively.
• Cultivate trust and rapport by addressing concerns and challenges from respondents.
• Conduct survey data collection via outbound calls, email corresponding and personal visits to respondents.
• Communicate with respondents adequately and ensure familiarity is established with new Point of Contacts.
• Accurately compile, record, and input survey data into the system with concise case notes documented.
• Timely reporting to management team and stakeholders.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned.

• Conduct outbound calls & site visit to ensure timely consent collection with HR Manager/HR Professionals
• Reach out to the respondent from selected establishment to participate and in digital survey data transmission
• Explain survey objectives and procedures to respondent on the confidential database to be extracted
• Interpret survey questions to help respondents’ comprehension
• Compile, record, input results and data from interview surveys into the system
• Conduct administrative tracking of the collection progress.
• Ensure that the given KPI are being met based on the project timeline
• Identify and report problems in obtaining valid data

Requirements:

• Nitec/A Level/Diploma
• Only Singaporeans might apply
• Prior working experience as Call Centre Agents handling HR professionals/manager
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Travel in Singapore to do face-to-face survey
• Familiar with KPI-driven environment.

Job scope:

• Handle full spectrum of Accounts Payable activities including General Ledger
• Process expenses claims
• Ensure timely payment of expenses claims and suppliers
• Forecast weekly cash outflow
• Prepare AP month end reporting – eg. Details aging report & accrual and prepayment schedule
• Maintain good filing system for all paid and unpaid invoices
• Support department adhoc duties when needed

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in accounting or equivalent fields
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
• Experience in handling large volume of payments is a must
• Experience in using MYOB accounting software
