### Program Overview
Our Management Trainee Program is designed to develop future leaders within our organization. Over a period of two years, trainees will gain extensive hands-on experience and exposure to key aspects of store operations. Upon successful completion of the program, trainees will be equipped with the skills and knowledge required to take on the role of Assistant Manager within our stores.
### What You Will Experience
