Responsibilities:
Assist in the day-to-day financial operations of the company.
Prepare and process invoices, expense claims, and payment voucher..
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day financial operations of the company.
- Prepare and process invoices, expense claims, and payment vouchers.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
- Assist in the reconciliation of accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis.
- Maintain and update financial records and documentation.
- Assist in other ad-hoc finance and administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
- At least 1 – 2 years of accounting experience
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency of utilizing Microsoft Excel and other accounting software such as Accpac and Microsoft Business Central.
