Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial administrative functions.

Additional Advantage: Experience and knowledge in school financial operations and administration is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process invoices, expense claims, and payment vouchers.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
• Assist in the reconciliation of accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis.
• Maintain and update financial records and documentation.
• Assist in other ad-hoc finance and administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
• At least 1 – 2 years of accounting experience
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency of utilizing Microsoft Excel and other accounting software such as Accpac and Microsoft Business Central.
