Candidates must have a PhD in Media and Communication, Cultural Studies, Public Policy or closely related disciplines, with a specialisation in studying the role of new media in environment, culture, gender and/or work.

• Maintain positive working relations with colleagues, agency partners and suppliers globally to ensure the product/service delivered is aligned with clients’ requirements

Essential

• Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing communications agency space, ideally in B2B PR and media relations
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Established positive relationships with relevant stakeholders in the industry, including media
• Experience managing complexity and nuance from a marcomms standpoint, with a clear attention to detail and demonstrated ability to create clarity out of chaos
• Work with delivery teams across timezones to create and execute plans that meet clients’ business objectives
• Manage resources with effectiveness and efficiency, delegate responsibilities as appropriate
• Effective client management skills, including active listening, attention to detail, troubleshooting and proactively management of relationships
• Ability to maintain composure under adversity and exercise independent and fair consensus-building skills when conflict arises
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

Desirable

• Degree in relevant field (ideally in communications, public relations, marketing communications, business management, or a related subject)
