We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Channel Account Engineer to join our team. This role requires a strong understanding of the oil and gas industry (or general industries such as manufacturing and food & beverage) and a proven track record in sales of industrial equipment. The ideal candidate will possess strong networking skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners in the oil and gas or general industry sectors.
• Act as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing inquiries and providing support to drive sales growth.
• Identify new sales opportunities and drive revenue growth by promoting industrial equipment such as air compressors, dryers, and related products.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients and partners.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position our products in the market.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for market penetration and customer acquisition.

Requirements:

• Must own a car and possess a valid driving license.
• Strong networks within the oil and gas industry or general sectors such as manufacturing and food & beverage.
• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven sales experience with industrial equipment, specifically air compressors, dryers, or similar products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.

Job Description

• Perform full set of accounts
• Key in of purchase invoices into accounting system
• Perform Data Entry
• Ensure proper authorization of purchase according to procurement procedures
• Perform AR/AP functions such as Billing, preparation of payments and invoicing
• To reconcile vendors’ SOA to our accounting record
• To report of debtors with impairment indications
• To take appropriate action against debtors for slow or no payment
• To follow up on collection
• To prepare audit schedule assigned and update accounting record
• Prepare bank reconciliation
• Assist in month end closing activities
• Assist preparation for GST return, corporate income tax return, ECI
• Maintain fixed asset register
• Maintain material master register
• Able to support ad-hoc assignments

Requirements

• Preferably 2 year(s) of relevant working experience in construction / process / marine / engineering industry
• Able to take responsibility, being accountable.
• Good Team Player but able to work on own initiative.
• Good attitude, communication & coordination skills.
• Ability to fulfil time-critical tasks on time, keep schedules and deadlines.
• Willing to work overtime when requires.

Accounts Executive Role (Construction)

• Looking for experienced accounts executive with book keeping skills using accounting software Xero
• Able to work independently
• Work from home
• Previous work experience from construction related company will be preferred
• 5 Day work week
• Contract will be at least 6 months
