Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing the company's finances and ensuring accurate and timely of financial reporting. This includes preparing financial statements report in compliance with FRS and other regulatory requirements, analyzing financial data, monitoring cash flow, and maintaining financial records
• Full spectrum of the Financial and Accounting functions (Full Set)
• Liaise with bankers of the Company
• Liaise with tax agent for annual corporate tax computation and quarterly GST filing
• Plan, coordinate and execute annual financial audit for the company and associates
• Supervise, coach and review the works of accounts executives
• Oversee account payables, general accounting and fixed assets processes
• Oversee the invoicing process, ensuring that client invoices are accurate, complete, and sent out in a timely manner
• Manage accounts receivable and cash flows, monitor payment collections, and follow up on overdue payments
• Liaise with and provide data analytical support to other business unit heads
• Perform all other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent with at least 7 years of experience in related field

Job Scope

• Accounts Executive (Accounts Payable) assume the role of overseeing accounting and financial activities.
• Direct involvement in day-to-day accounting operations as well as meticulous preparation of reporting.
• Incumbent report directly to the Finance Controller, collaborating closely to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of financial processes.
• Full-set of accounts.

Role Responsibilities:

Inter-company transactions:

• Provide oversight and conduct comprehensive reviews of account across subsidiary regions.

• Manage intercompany back-charged, billings, settlements, and treasury management.

• Collaborate and liaise and support seamless intercompany activities.

Regulation reporting:

• Prepare and submit quarterly GST reports.

Compliance& reporting:

• Develop monthly and yearly financial statements in alignment with FRS.

• Ensure punctual and precise execution of month-end closing processes and delivery of financial reports.

• Manage audit schedule and facilitate with internal and external auditors for audit-related matters.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting or an equivalent.

• Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in accounting and audit functions. ( Construction industry experience preferred)

• Ability to meet deadlines, set priorities and organize work to meet objectives, identify and deal with problems.

• Display a strong foundation in the construction industry and possess proficient knowledge in ERP systems.

• Ability to start immediately or short notice.
