Job Responsibilities:
Manage Client Relationships
- Be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring regular and clear communication.
- Understand client goals and provide relevant support and advice.
- Present campaign results and offer insights in easy-to-understand terms.
Execute Digital Marketing Strategies
- Work with our team to plan and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with client goals.
- Monitor and share performance data with clients, offering actionable insights.
- Write compelling ad copies that capture attention and drive engagement.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends to guide clients effectively.
Oversee Project Timelines
- Ensure projects meet deadlines and match client expectations.
- Coordinate with creative and content teams to align on project tasks.
- Manage client feedback and implement necessary changes promptly.
Build Client Loyalty
- Foster long-term client relationships, focusing on satisfaction and retention.
- Identify opportunities to offer additional services to clients.
- Attend client meetings to strengthen relationships and trust.
Job Requirements:
Digital Marketing Knowledge
- Understanding of digital marketing basics (Social Media and Google ads)
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics or Meta Ads Manager is a plus.
Client Relationship Skills
- Strong people skills and a client-focused approach.
- Ability to manage client expectations and proactively resolve issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to explain campaign results and technical details in simple terms.
- Proactive in identifying client needs and addressing issues quickly.
Organized & Detail-Oriented
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple client accounts.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1 - 2 years of experience in account management, especially in digital marketing.
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin. (Mandarin is essential to handle Chinese-speaking clients.)
- Familiarity with digital platforms and marketing tools.
