On behalf of one of its clients in the design services, the French Chamber of Commerce in Singapore is recruiting an Account Executive Design & Marketing.

An Account Executive supports the Account Direction team across a number of disciplines and categories, including brand, retail, packaging and digital. The role of the team in the agency is to oversee projects on a day-to-day basis, ensuring that they run smoothly and achieve their potential, providing best-in-class customer service and marketing recommendations.

Daily contact with clients is a key part of the job, so offering new and forward-thinking ideas is essential to the productive communication process. A very confident and assertive attitude is necessary to promote the agency’s ideas and benefits.

Reporting to the company’s directors or an Account Director, this is a fast-paced environment that is both demanding and fulfilling, involving the co-ordination of internal and external staff.

Typical activities

• The day-to-day management of clients’ brand, packaging and retail project activities
• Regular communication and liaison with clients at a mid to senior level
• The organisation of client feedback
• Generating accurate reports and status notifications
• Completing projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget
• Pro-active activities that encourage teams to perform to the best of their ability
• Budget & administrative follow-up for every project
• Farming and business development to develop sales pipeline

What we are looking for:

The ideal candidate will have:

• A previous experience in professional client relationship management
• A previous experience in the design industry is preferred
• Good client management and presentation skills
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Skilled in MS office – Powerpoint, Word and Excel
• A keen attention to detail and budgetary constraints, with a lot of rigor
• Full awareness of creative processes and techniques – including digital platforms
• The willingness to learn and grow
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply as well

Oculus Design is a strategic design and communications agency, and we are looking for a Senior Account Executive/Account Manager to join our close knitted team.

You will be managing and growing existing and new projects. You will also be involved in developing new accounts. You are familiar with traditional media, print projects and digital campaigns. The ideal person will need to have experience in leading and managing client relationships for campaigns, and strong project management capabilities. Job Description

• Manage clients and projects to ensure deliverables are met in a timely manner and within budget
• Collaborate with colleagues and partners, coordinate with vendors
• Manage clients' and internal social media accounts - develop content pillars, content ideas and oversee design and rollout of quality creative deliverables for various platforms
• Participate in pitches, from identifying opportunities during pitch development, to strategy development and presentations

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in integrated/digital experience in a creative agency with proven track record
• A basic understanding of how to leverage and optimise all social media platforms
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong writing skills will be an advantage
• Prior experience of working on B2B and government accounts will be a distinct advantage
