As an Account Executive, you will focus on identifying, negotiating and closing big deals targeting and growing our biggest strategic accounts. You will use your deep industry knowledge to expand and close these complex deals. You will provide account leadership and direction in both the pre- and post-sales processes in a high-energy, dynamic environment.

What you will do:

• Drive some of the worlds biggest brands to achieve their most strategic corporate objectives by connecting those objectives to DataStaxs set of solutions.

• Listen, identify and understand clients/prospective clients needs and deliver to their expectations.

• Command the message, business value selling, and account planning.

• Demonstrate expertise in building business cases which clearly show value and differentiation at all levels of your customer / prospect organizations.

• In collaboration with Data Architects, develops short and long-range strategies for product expansion; assesses potential application of the company products to meet customer needs

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of DataStax' competitive positioning in the marketplace, and prepare activity and forecast reports as requested

Your experience should include:

• Working with the C-level executives in building strategic and long standing relationships.

• Build relationships with multiple stakeholders and influence them in a positive way.

• Evangelizing enterprise technology, with particular focus on SaaS and disruptive technologies.

• Command the message, business value selling, and account planning.

• Demonstrating excellence in Pipeline Generation & Opportunity Progression; including meticulous planning and preparation.

• Creating trusted customer relationships and a deep understanding of needs/opportunities within enterprises.

• Helping customers to transform their infrastructure into meaningful data that allows them to make strategic business decisions

You will produce new business sales revenue from a SaaS license model. You will accomplish this through account planning, territory planning, researching prospect customers, using business development strategies and completing field-based sales activities within a defined set of prospects, territory or vertical.

Job Summary:

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle full functions of AR in Finance Department

- Follow up with relevant stakeholders to prompt accurate and timely billing Issue invoices to client, upload invoice to various platform as required Monthly end closing activity

- Journal Adjustment, AR aging report, bank reconciliation, balance sheet etc

- Assist in the general Finance administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned by Immediate Supervisor

- Follow up with customers to encourage timely payments Banker's guarantee application for projects Handle company insurance (such as WICA, Public liability, Professional Indemnity and Foreign worker medical etc ) and project insurance Processing credit application form, managing credit risk Handle customer portal registration and Maintain debtor record in system Assist in yearly closing and audit activities, monthly staff claim approval

- Planning of cash out-flow and payment method with finance manager

- To work with other teams and customers to resolve any operational issue which might cause a delay in collections

- To manage the trade payment tools like Bank Guarantee & Letter of Credit, and to work with bank and customers for successful execution Track cashflow, review payment disbursement and administer financing facilities with the bank

- Liaise with local tax agent on submission of tax returns and reporting of GST. Accounts Payables Oversee AP Function

- Backup for AP and assist in payment approval process when necessary Finance

- Assist in month end financial closing

- P/L, B/S, Cashflow forecast

- Liaise with external accountant, auditor, tax agent, corporate secretary and bankers as and when necessary

- Assist in any ad-hoc regular task given

Requirements:

- 2 years related experience

- Minimum Diploma in Accountancy

- Meticulous, Conscientious, Hands-on and Positive

- Able to work as a team and independently with minimal supervision
