In the role of Accounting and Administrative Supervisor, you will hold a pivotal position within our organization, tasked with maintaining the seamless functioning of our administrative and financial operations.
Your scope of tasks & responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including account closure, monthly trial balance submission to HQ, monthly data reporting to General Manager (GM), tax computation, and stock counting
- Support budgeting, bookkeeping, and other finance-related tasks as required, maintaining communication with stakeholders
- Handle payroll, recruitment, training, and compliance with employment regulations and policies.
- Manage contract status and legal matters, maintain supplier relations for cost control.
- Coordinate office activities, manage schedules, supplies, travel arrangements, and ensure compliance with policies
- Assist GM closely in various tasks assigned
Your professional profile -qualifications & competences-:
- Bachelor degree or above, with a major in finance or accounting
- A minimum of 5 years of working experience in international companies
- At least 5 years of accounting experience, including familiarity with HR tasks such as payroll and tax management
- Proficient in Excel and experience with ERP or SAP systems
- Demonstrates commitment to confidentiality and cost management
- Fluent in both spoken and written English
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain good relations with diverse stakeholders
