Responsibilities:
- Maintaining daily financial records and ledgers.
- Collaborate with external accounting vendors to manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting for the hedge fund manager and its potentially affiliated single-family office.
- Work with external compliance and accounting vendors to prepare periodic MAS reporting.
- Coordinate with various parties and assist in the annual audit process.
- Handle GST and other tax filings.
- Address internal management requests for customized financial reporting.
- Potentially assist with tax calculation and analysis for multiple tax jurisdictions.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or above in related areas.
- Preferably 1-3 years of relevant experience in public accounting.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as a team player.
- Professional work ethics and high integrity.
- Experience in QuickBooks is a plus.
