Partnering with a systems engineer, you will displace competing technologies and build market share within your targeted list of major accounts.

Your Impact

• Acquire, lead, and develop major Service Providers (SP) accounts in Singapore
• Strong account management skills to identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within targeted major accounts
• Conduct effective presentations to C—level sales planning, leading to accurate forecasting of the business

• Demonstrate knowledge of cybersecurity industry, products, and competitor offerings

Join us if making your mark in the alternative investment industry from day one is a challenge you are up for.   What you will be responsible for As a Fund Accounting Client Service Manager (Hedge Funds), you will Provide overall direction to team of staff to assure synchronized teamwork that accomplishes yearly and quarterly financial and operations goals and objectives. Responsible for development and execution of overall business plans both internally and in partnership with clients. Manage relationships with clients at appropriate levels to ensure continued confidence in State Street. Manage relationships with key client contacts ensuring expectations are met and client satisfaction with the level of service received. Ensure process and procedures are adequate to meet quality standards and are consistently applied and regularly reviewed within department. Responsible for the direction and training of subordinate managers and staff.  Address employee concerns and sensitivities. Review and approve NAV files in accordance with established policies and procedures. Provide support for and effectively communicate broad overall company initiatives and goals to staff within span of control. Responsible for developing department budget and staffing projections. Completes staffing proposals for newly awarded business. Monitors and approves department expenses. Assess operational effectiveness and make suggestions to streamline functions. Develop ideas for new products and services to expand business opportunities and better meet client needs.  Participates in new business process including review of proposals, prospect presentations, staffing allocations, etc. Represent the organization internally and externally as a senior level executive of State Street. Meet all requirements for the performance planning process including goal setting, regular and immediate feedback and submission of formalized performance appraisals. Allocates and coordinates resources including staff allocation, space and procurement of necessary equipment. Spearhead special projects and serve on committees and task force assignments. What you will be responsible for: As a Fund Accounting Client Service Assistant Manager (Hedge Funds), Senior Associate you will Net Asset Value Operations Coordinating workflow and completing detailed preparation/review of Daily/Weekly/Monthly NAV pack, which includes: Review cash and position reconciliations, validate portfolio pricing Income and expense accrual Partner/shareholder allocation calculations Analysis of fund returns and performance in line with current market trends and projections Other Ad Hoc reports as needed Keeping abreast of new accounting standards and ensuing compliance on all accounts within the team Implementing on the job training initiatives and ensuring consistent coaching and mentoring of staff. Evaluate staffing needs while continually striving for greater efficiencies. Ensure all controls and procedures are adhered to as well as make improvements where necessary. Assisting the process of client migration, new business/clients onboarding. Participate in other special projects or tasks where required. Client Relationship Management Develop and maintain a strong relationship with Investment Managers, brokers, auditors and all other fund participant by tackling queries, delivering NAV related reports, etc. via phone/email. Pro-actively identify/ensure understanding of client's needs and coordinate internally to support the client's requirements. Provide solutions and/or to coordinate support to resolve client issues. What we value: Bachelor Degree or equivalent. Professional accounting or finance qualification and/or Master's degree a plus. 2-4 years working experience in accounting / financial services related environment. Good verbal and written English communication skills are required including report writing skills. Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization Strong organizational and time management skills - ability to prioritise tasks and perform effectively within strict deadlines. Proficient in the use of MS Office tools in particular MS Excel. Confident in dealing with difficult situations and be able to create innovative solutions to problems without a high degree of supervision.
