About the role
Reporting to the Head of Vertical - Beauty, the Regional Key Account Support Intern will be part of the Beauty vertical and will be responsible in providing support for various marketing, communication and projects in the region. This 6-months full-time internship commences Dec 2024/ Jan 2025.
What you will be doing
- Collating of monthly Beauty reports from all entities
- Support the maintenance of Beauty vertical's SharePoint and updating of Beauty's ASPAC deck
- Consolidate statistical elements from various operation sites and achieve a monthly regional reporting vision of our business
- Participate in the set-up and follow-up of internal standard procedures to enhance productivity and transparency
- Maintain acceptable Health, Safety and Environmental risk levels in his/her area of responsibility
- Ensure the compliance with applicable legal requirements
The successful candidate
- Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing or Communications preferred
- Strong proficiency in English (written & spoken)
- Analytical, with ability to translate complex requirements and data into effective solutions
- Strong marketing, project management and organizational skills
- Takes initiative and able to to work independently
- Advanced in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Visio, MS Project
