Responsibilities
· Overall manage given Named Partners to achieve the joint business growth target for Huawei solutions and ICT products including network, IT storage, Optical, Cloud and Green Energy etc.
· Conduct Joint business planning and business analysis, execute joint activities, drive and meet sales result.
· Plan, manage and support given partners enablement through product training, sales best practices sharing, partner programs, certification, joint solution productization and launch, POC etc.
· Manage partner incentive programs and partner marketing funding and operations. Work and support marketing team, solution team to drive joint partner marketing for joint business awareness and Demand Generation.
· Work and support partner's project for joint tenders/projects.
Job Requirements
· Bachelor Degree is mandatory, prefer in IT or Engineering.
· 5+years of experience in Partner management or Account Sales in ICT industry
· Public Sector Sales and Enterprise sales background is a plus.
· Good commutation skill, project management skill, presentation will be a must.
· Quick learner, hard-working, can-do attitude and believe in the value creation through partnership.
