Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Sales Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing key client accounts within the enterprise sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling technology solutions, particularly in telecommunications, and a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise clients, focusing on connectivity, cloud, and security solutions.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our suite of products.
- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and challenges.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., technical support, product development) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to stay ahead.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or Sales Executive in the telecommunications industry.
- Strong understanding of connectivity, cloud, and security solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Degree or Diploma in Business, IT, Telecommunications, or a related field is preferred.
