Job Description:
* Provide support to the Identity Access Management (IAM) Operations team on audit and compliance reporting.
* Perform user provisioning / de-provisioning for hospitality applications.
* Troubleshoot and resolve any incidents pertaining to access in a timely manner.
* Generate user access privilege reports and coordinate with Company's department heads for the user access review (UAR) to ensure applications are having up-to-date access privileges and can be reviewed and validated by internal/external auditor.
* Provide support for projects related to SailPoint and Cyberark system undertaken by the team ( UAT, project coordination, etc)
Scope of Work:

Key Qualifications/Requirements:
1) Degree or Diploma with 2-3 years of work experience in IT audit and compliance regulations related field, such as Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX).
2) Proficient in Ms Office, especially Ms. Excel
3) Good domain knowledge of access control and information governance; Self motivated team player with strong analytical skill is a must.
4) Meticulous and detailed-oriented.
5) Experience with Privileged Identity Management solutions (such as SailPoint) and Password Management solutions (such as CyberArk) a plus.
