Job Description

• To generate, maintain and further develop sales forecasts for allocated customers’ accounts.
• To develop a new customer base through cold-calling, relationship management and industry contacts to maintain strong account relationships with the customers.
• To work cross-organizationally to co-ordinate pre-sales, professional services and support resources to drive successful solutions for customers.
• To achieve sales quota through identifying and gaining business from customers or new prospects and ensuring customer’s satisfaction through the products and services provided.
• To have a good understanding of the IT Products Solution and Services.
• To participate in development of value propositions and to negotiate successfully to close sales.
• To report on customer activities and general market activities at weekly sales meeting review

Job Requirement

• Minimum 2 to 3 sales experiences in the relevant IT industry.
• IT Product Solution knowledge in Information Technology (e.g. Microsoft 365).

Conduct operational and financial audit review in the business units within the Group.
Conduct review for compliance with policies, procedures and accounting standards. Ensure that the companies comply with Group policies and procedures.
Perform data analytics and utilize it as part of the audit activities and monitoring.
Perform process risk analysis, walkthroughs and mapping/ flowcharting of key processes.
Identify areas of weaknesses or improvement opportunities, relevant risks and implications, and propose recommendations to improve controls.
Prepare formal written reports on audit findings and recommendations.
Design test procedures. Ensure proper documentation and communication of audit observations and work performed.
Execute and complete all audits in accordance with department's standards and KPls

EDUCATION ​Degree or professional certification (eg. CA, CPA, ACCA) - in accountancy, finance or law.

EXPERIENCE

Minimum 4-5 years of working experience in internal/ external audit. Experience in process improvement and/or risk management will be a bonus.
Strong in MS Office suite (EXCEL skills a must). The ability to leverage Data Analytics [e.g., independently create, analyze and perform repetitive analytics (pivot tables, analytical queries/routines, and dashboards e.g., Power BI)].
Experience in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is a must. Able to collect, collate information from various system and application.
Extensive working knowledge and experience of auditing and possesses a growth mindset and curiosity to learn. The preferred candidate should also be able to constructively challenge the auditees with his/her knowledge of audit processes, business context, and strong communication skills at all levels in the organization.
Ability to navigate through ambiguity and to take charge, confidence to interact with all management levels, set objectives and drive results, and accept ownership and accountability of the audit.
Strong written and spoken communication skills, proficient in presentation.
Knowledge of current best practices, governance, risk management and compliance.

The successful candidate will join the Team who is responsible for providing leadership in establishing and governing the software development processes with the aim of ensuring the software development team is efficient in its execution and compliant to the established policies and guideline. JOB SCOPE (RISK MANAGEMENT, AUDIT AND COMPLIANCE)

The successful candidate will have the opportunities to work on the follow function(s).

Primary Function:

Responsible for the function of Risk Management, Audit and Compliance for the organisation. The scope of work includes but not limited to the following: -

Direct, management and support the organisation’s risk management process and ensure alignment with Group GRC effort. This will include but not limited to: -

• Manage and enforce the annual Control Self-Assessment for organisation
• Support the collation of statistics for Sustainability reporting to parent company.
• Manage and track risk mitigation corrective action plans.

Programme manage and oversee certification / renewal process for, but not limited to, the following standards: -

• ISO22301 – BCMS
• ISO27001 – ISMS
• Others in the pipe lines, i.e. Cyber trust mark

This will involve the planning, organising and completion of the mandatory activities a defines by the standards. E.g. Risk review, Plan Reviews, Test and Exercise, evidence collection, etc.

Main liaison for all IT related external audits as requested by the management or board of directors.

Training programme management with alignment to risk management and certification requirement. Responsibility includes

Manage the e-training service sourcing and renewal as assigned.

Engage the subject matter experts in creating engaging training materials, including presentations, videos, and interactive modules, to promote understanding of cyber security awareness/best practices and any training required for compliance purposes.

Track and report on training effectiveness and participation rates, and adjust training content as necessary with subject matter experts, to address emerging threats and challenges

Main liaison points to support external compliance audit for area responsible by the IT Dept.; i.e. Finance Audit, etc.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Tertiary education with working experience/knowledge in the following area:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.

Proven experience in preparing audits and assessments related to ISO 27001, 22301, and information security standards.

Proven experience in project management.

Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, PMP, ISO 27001/22301 Lead Auditor, or equivalent are desirable.

Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as GDPR, PDPC is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining daily financial records and ledgers.
• Collaborate with external accounting vendors to manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting for the hedge fund manager and its potentially affiliated single-family office.
• Work with external compliance and accounting vendors to prepare periodic MAS reporting.
• Coordinate with various parties and assist in the annual audit process.
• Handle GST and other tax filings.
• Address internal management requests for customized financial reporting.
• Potentially assist with tax calculation and analysis for multiple tax jurisdictions.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
