- Drive new business developments through experienced sales techniques, for both new and existing clients
- Guide agency team to win pitches through strong client knowledge and insights
- Champion strategies and ideas for integrated campaigns (brand, advertising, PR, content, social, digital, sustainability, ESG-focused)
- Develop and actively oversee company sales targets
- Inspire and influence clients, creatives and project members
- Guide team of 5; grow their expertise and steering their accounts / issues in accounts
- Oversees project management of team members
- Keep abreast on latest trends and thoughts, best practices and competitive movements on ground
- Drive marketing planning and implementation for company
- Co-steer agency business and cultural directions with senior management
Requirements:
- At least 6 years of experience senior manager experience within agency
- Experienced in agency operations and workflow
- Experienced in leading and guiding a team of 5
- Good in Research, Strategic branding, 360 campaigns, PR/social media; able to advise clients in those areas
