Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Daily Accounting Operations: Manage daily bookkeeping, account reconciliations, and ensure timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Financial Reporting: Streamline and oversee financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards established by the HQ in Indonesia.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead budgeting and financial forecasting efforts, providing insights to support strategic business decisions.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to local regulatory requirements and maintain robust internal controls.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analyses to evaluate business performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with other departments to align financial objectives with broader business goals and enhance financial performance.
Qualifications:
- Singaporean Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (required).
- Extensive experience in finance and accounting leadership roles.
- Strong expertise in financial analysis and strategic planning.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, OODO).
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
