Job Description:
Provide administrative support on CIF and account setup/maintenance for Corporates and Private Wealth customers, in strict adherence to internal policies, guidelines and turnaround time
Work collaboratively and closely with internal departments to facilitate client/account data processing and monitoring
Provide general control management such as audit confirmation, dormant account management, returned mails etc.
Handle physical documentation review, including storage, record keeping and archival
Participate in meetings, projects, system upgrades, UAT, SOPs review, streamlining, drills
Provide guidance and functional knowledge to junior staff
Provide cover support to team members in his/her absence
Job Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of prior experience on client/account static data maintenance with general control acumen
Able to multi-task across functions and an excellent team player
Relevant experience with banking systems such as Flexcube, Avaloq
Experience in leading a team.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Willing to work on ad-hoc tasks assigned by Head of Operations
Good communication skills, with ability to communicate well with various stakeholders, including Head Office teams in Taiwan.
