• Reporting to General Manager in China and accountable for operations performance, structure and plans
• Lead continuous improvement of operations and technical processes for optimal output
• Supervise and lead operations team for optimal efficiency and output
• Arrange operations according to customer requirements
• Establish good relationship with customers through timely feedback on quality performance and other requirements
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and other requirements
• Approve department-related documents and processes
• Manage health and safety conditions in the factory and comply with various EHS policies and procedures
• Other assigned tasks.
Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience
• Leadership and management experience in a manufacturing environment. Candidates with manufacturing operations experiences in plastics injection molding sector will be advantageous
• Language proficiency to liaise with colleagues and stakeholders in China
• Able to complete multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Location: Based in China
• Monthly salary will commensurate according to experiences
• Candidates who can start on short notice preferred
