As an Account Manager. You’ll be the face of the company to our clients, and the client’s champion to the agency. Unlike Account Managers in other agencies - you will have a hunger to learn how your campaigns and experiences are made, because they’re all made in-house. You’ll have an inquisitive mind, always asking why, and helping our clients come up with creative solutions to marketing problems.
Scope of work
You will lead our client relationships on some of the most popular consumer brands in the world, creating cutting edge work. You will lead a team of us across strategy, creative and production who not only care about our clients' success, but are passionate about creating compelling consumer marketing experiences using technology.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the client account including client presentations, pushing the quality of work, and partnering with our producer team to ensure production timings are met.
You’ll build a trusted relationship with our clients to become their sounding board and ensure we’re all aligned at every step of the process.
You will grow our relationship with existing clients and support our growth team on new business leads to nurture and secure new clients.
Become an expert in the client’s category and its competitors while staying well-informed on marketing and media trends.
Influences the development of the work by sharing knowledge of the client/business/brand and demonstrating strong creative judgement, strategic recommendations and production insights to push the work.
Protects client and agency interests by thoughtfully managing resources and identifying new opportunities for growth, issues and updates.
Provides written weekly status and conference call reports following meetings to ensure client and agency are in agreement.

Qualifications
Preferred 5-7 years account experience in a highly creative advertising agency OR production company.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment.
Ability to effectively and appropriately interact with co-workers at a variety of levels, across many disciplines.
Effective negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Strong financial understanding of budgeting, estimating and agency profitability.
A track record of gaining trust and respect by consistently demonstrating sound critical thinking skills and maintaining composure in stressful situations.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of employees.
Highly organised with a keen sense of attention to detail
