As a member of the Central Kitchen Food Production Staff, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and production of menu items according to standardized recipes. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment to meet production targets.
For this position, you will be working in Non-Halal kitchen, handling raw Fish, Beef and Pork.
Responsibilities:
Food Preparation:
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients and components for menu items following established recipes and portion sizes.
Production Efficiency:
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and timely production of menu items.
- Follow production schedules to meet the demands of franchise locations.
Quality Control:
- Adhere to quality control measures to ensure consistency and compliance with brand standards.
- Participate in regular quality checks of ingredients and finished products.
Cleanliness and Sanitation:
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
