Responsibilities
- Lead strategic plans for managed accounts by identifying customer needs, driving product adoption, and delivering solutions to customer challenges. Develop and pitch opportunities for key customers. Take ownership for driving/delivering against the business objectives and contribute to team success.
- Plan and execute prioritized work in strategic plan for managed accounts, selecting appropriate methods to most effectively achieve plan objectives. Troubleshoot customer problems with minimal assistance and triage, when necessary. Utilize strong understanding of customer business objectives to offer strategic support and appropriately challenge where necessary. Support adoption of best-available Google solutions for customer needs.
- Lead strategic plans for managed accounts by identifying customer needs, driving product adoption, and delivering solutions to customer challenges. Develop and pitch opportunities for key customers. Take ownership for driving/delivering against the business objectives and contribute to team success.
- Identify key stakeholders within Google to build a network and contribute to cross-team collaborations. Develop relationships with supported customers, acting as a point of contact for customers around all key areas.

Analyze internal (e.g., maintaining pipelines, account-specific internal metrics) and external data and leverage existing tools/resources as appropriate and collaborate with cross-functional project teams (e.g., analytical leads) to prepare data and to structure and execute analysis.

Knowledge of internal company tools (e.g., dashboards, customer relationship management tools) that can help provide analysis and optimization insights. This includes staying up to date on the latest tools and how they can add value or uncover new opportunities with customers.
- Ability to gain commitment to a product, service, or idea from partners, customers, suppliers, and/or stakeholders using data and appropriate communication or storytelling methods.
- Ability to establish or adapt sales/partnership strategies by integrating and applying ones understanding of the customer, competitive intelligence, external trends, and data from lagging/leading metrics. This includes knowledge and application of basic sales/partnership concepts and techniques (e.g., discovery, qualifying individuals, relationship mapping, objection handling, upselling, closing, outreach).
- Ability to articulate how customers and partners can use company products, services, and solutions to identify needs, solve problems, and drive growth.
- Experience working with advertisers, agencies, and/or clients. Excellent leadership, organization, communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills. Thought leadership on digital advertising ecosystem (advertisers, agencies, platforms or clients) In-depth knowledge of advertising productsis a plus.
