As a Manager or Assistant Manager, your job responsbility include the following:
- Support the Clinical Risk Management (CRM) Clinical Director in hospital’s clinical risk mitigation programmes including but not limited to:
a. Audit and compliance checks
b. Proactive clinical events safety efforts including walkabout, risk management reports, audits, self-assessments.
c. Oversee matters related to Results Management and Acknowledgement.
- Provide administrative support to the Patient Safety Council.
- Train and build capabilities of team members in the section.
- Support the Director Office of CMB and Administrator-in-charge in steering initiatives for Office of Patient Safety and Quality (OPSQ)
- Assist the Department Lead in the day-to-day administrative duties.
- Any roles that the Clinical Director, Director Office of CMB and Administrator-in-charge and Department Lead deem necessary for the function and improvement of OPSQ
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science / Healthcare related.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Understanding of biostatistics, statistical tools and data visualisation software is preferred.
- Experience in quality, process improvement, data analytics, clinical audit, or patient safety are essential.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in a healthcare industry is preferred.
- Prior experience in a supervisory role would be an added advantage.
