- Assist investigations of customer complaints.

Ensure transactions are recorded accurately and promptly in the accounting system.

Prepare invoices and statements of accounts (SOA).

Process payments to suppliers.

Perform monthly reconciliations against vendors' statements of accounts and bank statements.

Manage full sets of accounts, including monthly financial statements and annual management accounting reports.

Coordinate and liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, and local tax and government authorities, as required.

This sole contributor role will be heavily involved with reviewing new deals, oversight of the loans valuation process, with frequent interaction with stakeholders across Finance, and numerous opportunities to interact with regional senior management in various committees. Key Responsibilities: Take ownership and be accountable for the timely and accurate calculation, verification, reporting of Daily, and Month-end reporting.  This would be performed in conjunction with an offshore team, requiring the individual to manage the offshore team relationships and deliverables. Perform regular analysis on the Loans portfolio to ascertain whether the valuations are appropriate.  This will include monitoring of the portfolio and assessing whether any mark-up / mark downs should be applied. Undertake critical reviews of trading activity with the objective of highlighting significant items to senior management. We are seeking a dedicated and organised Credit Control executive to support the Finance Manager. You will play a crucial role in supporting the credit management function, including liaision with customers and internal staff. Duties:

• Responsible for credit control activities, which would include the following:
• Manage and maintain debtor's accounts to ensure the accounts are current.
• Monitor Accounts Receivables closely and ensure timely update of receipts from clients into accounting system.
• Close liaison with customers to ensure the timely collection of payment.
• Support any duties with our billing team to ensure in compliance to accounting standards, government regulations, internal policies and credit control policies.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

• Past experience as a Credit Controller is favourable, preferably in a fast-paced business environment
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask effectively
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently with minimal supervision
• Basic knowledge of accounting system experience
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel)
