Responsibilities

• Manage & monitor Platform financials, recoveries, and work allocation in Gene.
• Drive operational open actions closure, budget, and forecast planning cycles.
• Assist and guide PM to initiate new projects. Track and monitor actual spending of project budget (e.g., within pre-designated categories like Software, Hardware, PS, Travel, Expenses, etc., and according to the correct accounting treatment CAPEX/OPEX).
• Forecast invoice processing based on work to be delivered (e.g., agreed payment milestones, project phasing) or persistent resources (e.g., monthly squad burn-down).
• Work across teams to accrue expenses for work delivered.
• Validate actuals against forecasts and carry out corrective actions if required to ensure proper financial discipline.
• Responsible for developing and maintaining all performance dashboards and preparing reports to the project team.
• Analyze all data and project deliverables and ensure adherence to all timeframe and budget requirements.
• Manage and recommend required improvements aligned with Agile principles.
• Perform required benefit analysis in collaboration with the project team and maintain records of all project governance meetings.
• Maintain and manage vendor agreements, contracts, invoices, payments, and recovery.
• Perform financial analysis on all budgets and prepare various reports for all budget forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures to prepare all reports.
• Collaborate with the finance team to perform all associated activities and prepare appropriate summaries within the required timeframe.

Requirements

• Singaporean
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
• 10–15 years of experience working in financial-related roles with strong knowledge of financial reporting.
• A proven track record of successfully executing and setting up PMO using both Agile and Waterfall ways of working in an enterprise environment.
• Excellent presentation, analytical, and articulation skills. Strong knowledge of financial tools and systems.
• Detail-oriented and extremely hands-on in managing projects.
• Strong leadership skills and evidence of collaboration with customers to develop strategies and solutions of high business value.
• Ability to manage and work with internal stakeholders and vendors.
• Ability to apply general organizational knowledge of business and systems processes in problem analysis is required.
• Ability to successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously is required.
• Strong leadership skills and generate enthusiasm among stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently with users to define concepts under the direction of program managers.
• Ability to communicate difficult and sensitive information tactfully is required. Must possess both verbal and written communication skills.

• Responsible for leading the development of Enterprise products and/or delivery of software services and cloud platforms which include governance and implementing best development practices
• Work with pre-sales on technical proposals and evaluation of application architecture solution

Requirements

• Min 5-8 years of relevant experience
• Extensive knowledge and development experience in at least one of the following programming languages / frameworks – C#, Java, NET Core, Spring Boot
• Good understanding of agile software delivery methodology and experience in doing DevSecOps
• Experience in RDBMS, NoSQL, containerization technology(docker,kubernetes) as well as distributed computing
• Experience in implementation of API gateways, centralized logging and monitoring, messaging and authentication middlewares
• Good understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP

Jobscope:

Maintenance and Support Services for Client’s Systems.

These include, but not limited to, the following services:

- To co-ordinate and manage maintenance activities arising during duty.

- To perform Defect Management and reporting for the maintenance equipment.

- To oversee the completion of maintenance & repair work performed by the client-appointed maintenance contractors at the client’s system sites, for both corrective and preventive maintenance.

- To coordinate repair/maintenance activities, resources, equipment and information with client-appointed maintenance contractors, including arranging for preventive and corrective maintenance.

- To perform standby duty at client’s operations centres for immediate response to systems fault, and to conduct system health monitoring and daily checks.

- To perform rotating shift (12 hours),

- To attend to faults raised by ops users and provide technical support to ops users, keeping them updated on the status of the faults raised.

- To monitor and report all the faults, alarms and alerts of the electronics equipment & related systems to client appointed maintenance contractor.

- To support client in managing maintenance-related information.

Working Hours (including meal hours)

- 12-hr Day shift – 0900 – 2130hrs

- 12-hr Night shift –2100 – 0930hrs

- An average of 15-16 workdays (based on 12-hr shift) will be rostered to each staff every month.
