We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Account Executive / Sales Executive to join our team. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to grow their career in sales and account management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation: Identify and engage potential clients to promote our product portfolio.
- Account Support: Assist the Account Manager in managing key accounts, ensuring excellent client service and satisfaction.
- Order Management: Process orders accurately and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery.
- Client Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with existing and new clients through regular follow-ups and visits.
- Market Research: Gather and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Education: Diploma or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in FMCG or distribution.
- Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Other:Familiarity with the Singapore FMCG market is an advantage.
A valid driver’s license is preferred but not mandatory.
Note: Only Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents will be considered for this position.
