Responsibility

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all business-related matters.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to foster account growth within the existing client.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue generation.
• Negotiating contract renewals and pricing agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the company and key clients.
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their operations, identify areas for improvement and provide solutions using our platform.
• Work with customer teams to ensure strong product adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts and maintain good relationships with current and potential clients
• Prepare proposals and presentations to pitch to potential clients
• Develop quotes and proposals
• Negotiate the terms of an agreement, price and specifications with clients
• Forge and maintain strong relationships with key contacts in existing and new accounts
• Develop and implement an annual sales plan in support of organizational strategy and objectives
• Maintain an accurate and ongoing sales pipeline Identify opportunities and develop strategies to drive incremental revenue growth within existing client accounts
• Develop and leverage the company’s branding and professional profile
• Ensure thorough prospect identification and market penetration for target accounts
• Work closely with the production teams to manage projects and stakeholders

Key Requirements:

• A recognized Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Sales / Marketing / Mass Communications or equivalent
• At least 1-2 years of relevant sales experience in the media industry would have an added advantage
• Experience in managing pre-sales & deployment processes, including client presentations & product demonstrations
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills Excellent communication, listening and presentation skills

Responsibilites:

• Conduct outbound customer calls with a required minimum number of calls daily.
• Generates revenue by selling over telephone, attend to e-mail inquiries promptly and develop new accounts.
• Understand and interpret basic technical requirements and formulate quotation.
• Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, building rapport, providing information and explanations, and preparing quotations.
• Develops accounts by checking customer’s buying history, suggesting related and new items, and gather competitive insights.
• Assesses competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends and provide input to extended team.
• Use tools provided to maintain sales pipelines, track and follow up on quoted item and follow up on sales opportunities till closure.
• Attends training (Sales, Technical and recommended Corporate) per department guidelines.
• Provide support in updating order status to ensure quality standards (Order status, ETA, delivery etc..)
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly goals as well as deliver well qualified appointments for sales manager to follow up.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree with 2 to 3 years of sales experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fast learner and passion for sales. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Able to multi-task and respond to rapid change.

Job Summary:

• Salary Range: Up $7,000 + AWS + Quarterly sales incentive
• Working Location: West
• 5 days working day

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory or market segment
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preference
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and customers
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and logistics, to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
• Ensure prompt payment collection
• Sales Reporting
• Prepare regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market intelligence
• Present findings and recommendations to management to drive informed decision-making
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns that align with sales objectives
• Team management including training, and lead a high-performing sales team
• Provide guidance, support, and motivation to the team to ensure they meet individual and collective sales goals

Requirements:

• Possess experience in FMCG Food background is a must
