• Facilitate in retrieval of supporting documents and seek clarification on the contracts from multiple parties (e.g, Development Contracts & Cost Control team, CE Planning, Design & Control team as well as Project Management team) so to understand nature of contract works and perform review and tagging accurately.
• Coordinate and assist in the annual fixed asset sighting exercise to ensure existence and completeness of asset sighting. This includes liaising with the different asset controllers to identify the assets; assist in updating the changes to asset details; and perform actual asset sighting with asset controllers for samples selected.
• Other administrative duties and ad-hoc task/projects assigned.

Job Requirements

• Experience in SAP will be advantageous.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and able to engage stakeholders.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Description:

1. Handle full spectrum of Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable responsibilities.

2. Timely and accurate processing of sales invoices to customers.

3. Follow up closely with customers on payments.

4. Timely and accurate processing of purchase invoices to suppliers.

5. Assist in the monthly and yearly closing of accounts.

6. Any other duties assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Minimum a Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent certification.

• Minimum 1 year of bookkeeping experience.

• Must be computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office application (Excel, Word etc)

• Proactive, exercise flexibility, able to multi-task and work independently

• Enjoy working with people and thrive in team environment

• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese,need to communicate with Chinese-speaking clients.
