Job responsibilities

We are seeking for highly motivated individual to join us as Account Executive

• The Account Executive is responsible for maintaining the renewal of existing contracts and generating new sales lead.

• The Account Executive will be responsible for full-fledge account serving including handling customer requests, enquires, conducting application & software training.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of account management or sales experience

• Minimum Diploma in Information Technology / Multimedia / Sales & Marketing or equivalent

• With strong IT background in web based system solutions and project management skill experience is preferred

• Ability to work effectively under stress and independently

• Good interpersonal & presentation skills with strong client-service orientation

We're looking for a Junior Account Manager who is a creative thinker to join our team and grow our business portfolio.

Job scope:

Generate sales leads and follow up on sales inquiries

Meet quarterly and annual revenue goals according to sales plan

Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients to build credibility and trust

Ensure effective flow of info to deliver business objectives with a high degree of responsiveness

Negotiate contract terms and manage end-to-end sales process

Gather market information and provide feedback on industry trends

Participate in monthly reviews on sales performance and proactively identify an area for improvement

Ideally, we’d like you to have:

Degree/Diploma holder

Wondrous attitude at work with dedication and self-motivation

Strong presentation and communication skills

Ambitious with drive to deliver results

Qualities of a great team player, and possessing intrapersonal skills

Proficiency in Google Suite (Google Slides, Google Sheets)
