Responsibilities:
Financial Assistance: Support the school’s manager and leaders in executing financial functions, processes, and procedures.
Accounting Records: Maintain accurate records of income and expenditure, ensuring proper accounting practices.
Payment Vouchers: Keep detailed and accurate records of payment vouchers.
Payments Collection: Collect payments from pupils and vendors as needed.
Payments Processing: Make and process payments to pupils, vendors, and other stakeholders promptly and accurately, following school procedures and guidelines.
Customer Service: Attend to telephone calls and walk-in customers, providing professional and courteous assistance.
Administrative Support: Assist with any other ad-hoc administrative tasks as directed by the school’s leadership.
Working Hours: Note that working hours are fixed and not negotiable.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
Educational Qualification: At least an LCCI Certificate in Accounting/Book-keeping.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial administrative functions.
Additional Advantage: Experience and knowledge in school financial operations and administration is highly desirable.
