Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Provide sales administrative support.
2. Review, verify and process invoices.
3. Handling DO, PO, Invoices and shipping advice.
4. Support the sales and finance department to ensure success and smooth transaction.
5. Manage and ensure accurate, and timely payment disbursement.
6. Maintain proper accounting record and filling in accounting system.
7. Support in any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in handling account receivable and or account payable.
3. Possess basic bookkeeping and accounting knowledge.
4. Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with accounting software.
5. Detailed, analytical, dynamic, and able to meet tight deadlines.
6. Good command in Mandarin and English in order to liaise with China HQ colleague.

Location: Toa Payoh

Working hrs: Mondays to Fridays: 6:30am to 3:30pm

Requirement:

• At least a LCCI Certificate in Accounting/Book-keeping.
• 3 years working experience in financial administration.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Carry out school financial functions, processes and procedures.
• Keep track of income and maintain good and proper accounting records
• Collect payments from pupils and vendors as and when required
• Make and process payments to pupils/vendors and other stakeholders as and when required in an accurate and prompt while adhering to all school operating procedures and guidelines
• Attend to telephone calls and walk-in customers and provide assistance to them
• Assist the school in any other ad-hoc administrative matters as and when directed by the school’s leadership
