Job Description

• Coordinate with external account party;
• Prepare payments (Cheque, GIRO, TT, FAST & Pay Now);
• Prepare bank reconciliation and update bank transaction daily;
• Perform all assigned duties and tasks within scheduled time.

Requirements

¨ Min 1 year experience in handling accounts;

¨ Knowledge of accounting software, preferably with SAP experience;

¨ Possess initiative, responsible and able to work independently;

¨ Good team player.

• Responsible for calculation of salesman commission for Singapore and rest of world sales team
• In-charge of collation and reporting of weekly sales and booking information.
• Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to Management
• Responsible for preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statements
• Responsible for accounting processes and tasks (i.e.: GL, account reconciliation,etc.)
• Coordinate and liaise with internal parties to support intercompany activities
• Support forecasting and budgeting exercise as per corporate guidelines
• Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities where required
• Support and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirement (GST/WHT/CIT/…), audits, procedures and forms both statutory and internal
• Assist in new processes and system implementation when required

Qualifications

• Requirement: GCE “O” / ITE accounting
• At least 1 year working experience, Knowledge in ERP would be advantageous.
• Able to multi-task and cooperate well with others
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel
