Responsibilities
1) Assist with the bookkeeping function and preparation of full set accounts including data entry,
2) Preparation of bank reconciliation
3) Assist with the monthly / quarterly / year-end closing
4) Prepare the necessary schedules for audit purpose
5) Liaise with clients and auditor
6) GST submission
7) Prepare Payroll and CPF submission
8) Prepare financial statements/reports and XBRL
9) Basic knowledge in corporate secretary work
10) Prepare corporate tax
11) Discuss issues with Director / Supervisor
12) Any other administrative duties assigned
13) Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the director
Requirements
1) Minimum 5 years of working experience in an audit or accounting firm
2) Proficient in MS Office , MYOB, QuickBook online, Xero and other online accounting software
3) Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel and Word with all those formulae and function. (ie Pivot table, etc)
4) Hand-on experience in handling full set of accounts
5) Team Player, good working attitude and be organized
6) Good English, written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem solving and analytical skills required.
7) Ability to work independently and to adapt to a fast changing environment.
8) Must be process oriented, disciplined and have attention to detail with an eye for accuracy.
9) Creative, self-disciplined and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently and with good sense of meeting deadlines.
10) Full-time position and 5-day work week
11) At least LCCI/CAT holder or equivalent, prefer Degree, ACCA holder or equivalent
