Qualifications
Qualified candidates must have a terminal degree in their field of study. Candidates should also have at least 10 years of industry experience as well as an excellent practice-track record. As an Accounting Executive at CYH Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial health and integrity of the company. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for performing various accounting tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, financial reporting, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and a solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Job Description:

1. Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
2. Perform bank reconciliations and ensure all discrepancies are promptly addressed and resolved.
3. Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries and financial statement preparation.
4. Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insights into the company's financial performance and trends.
5. Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial data and support budgeting and forecasting processes.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions and documentation in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
7. Assist with audit preparations and provide necessary documentation and support to auditors.
8. Identify areas for process improvements and efficiencies within the accounting function and contribute to implementing best practices.
9. Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and standards, ensuring compliance and adherence to relevant guidelines.
10. Support ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager or senior management.
11. Able to do Full Set of Accounts, prepare and submit corporate tax and GST.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in a trading or manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a SME environment.

Job Responsibilities

- Handle full set of accounts and ensure timely closing

- Provide management reports monthly & yearly & Audit Schedule to Finance Manager

- Prepare/Review quarterly GST submission

- Ensure inter-company transactions tally among multi-companies

- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation

- Ensure all filing is done in a timely and accurate manner

- Making sure compliance with all legislative tax & financial reporting policies and requirements

- Perform any other duties as assigned by the management

- Liaise with external auditor

Requirements

- Software skills: Advanced MS Excel, word & Million software preferably

- Good communication skills in Mandarin and English

- Positive working attitude
