RESPONSIBILITIES

The Intern will be working together with our Client Service Managers and Executives to provide bookkeeping and finance services to our clients. The work requires a high level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility. A positive attitude, eagerness to learn and ability to work in a team are essential qualities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with bookkeeping and preparing month-end financial reports

• Assist with audit queries

• Assist with payroll preparation/cashier duties

Job Description

• Manage day-to-day financial and operational activities related to fund management and fund entities.
• Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including journal entries and supporting schedules.

Job Description

• Collaborate with APAC partners such as auditors and tax agents.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders for timely statutory filings and audits.
• Consolidate and standardize APAC audit and tax reporting processes.
• Support the creation of SOP manuals for audit and tax data.

The Successful Applicant
