Requirements:
- Open to Singaporeans and PR only.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Interpersonal Skills: Friendly, patient and approachable demeanour.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant phone manner.
- 5-day work week, based in Ubi/Paya Lebar
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management software.
- Bilingual (a plus but not required)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Maintain a friendly, positive, professional demeanour when interacting with callers and visitors.
- Assist in performing administrative tasks such as:
- Management of records such as maintaining and updating filing and inventory
- Preparing job schedules
- Receiving and registering documents
- Sorting and storing of computer records and files
