Responsibilities:
- Liaise with intermediaries/clients on enquiries, renewals, endorsements, etc.
- Assist in monthly reports on the movement of premium income.
- Assist to provide quotation in accordance with the Company's underwriting guidelines.
- Assist Accounts department in premium collection including fronting policies;
- To establish customer benefit services with vendors;
- Provide customer service to corporate clients on their inquiries, requests, complaints and claims matters;
- Plan and organize visitations to clients (new business/renewal/claims happenings).
- Develop good relationship with clients to maintain and enhance existing clients’ business.
- Plan renewal strategies for corporate clients.
- Prepare referral form, issue Cover Notes and collect of premiums.
- Maintain clients’ details and information.
- Other duties that are assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of adminsitrative experience, preferrably in the insurance space.
- BCP, PGI, HI certificates are an added advantage.
