Position: Admin cum eComm Assistant/Executive

Salary: $2,500 - $3,200 per month

Location: Jurong East

Schedule:

• Monday - Thursday: 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM (alternate Saturdays off)
• Lunch: 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM
• Work Week: 5.5 days, with alternate Saturdays off

What You’ll Do:

• Administrative Support:Execute daily administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
  Maintain organized company records and assist in scheduling appointments.
  Handle clerical tasks as directed by supervisors, including email correspondence and report generation.
  
• eCommerce Operations:Facilitate order processing and address customer queries effectively.
  Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless workflow and communication.
  
• Skill Development:Engage in training programs designed to enhance your understanding of eCommerce processes.
