Responsibilities:

Personal and Administrative Support:

• Assist with personal and business-related tasks, including travel planning, itinerary management, bookings, and document handling.
• Organize and manage luggage packing and unpacking for business trips.
• Prepare and submit expense reports proficiently using Excel.
• Handle visa applications, tax filings, and related administrative tasks for various countries.
  

Office Tasks:

• Draft, edit, and manage documents in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ChatGPT.
• Coordinate schedules and appointments.
• Support daily operations both personally and professionally with meticulous attention to detail.

Travel Requirement:

• Frequent business travel is required, averaging monthly trips to locations such as Hong Kong, Japan, and other parts of Asia.
• Occasional travel to the United States (1-2 times per year).
• Majority of the work will be remote from Singapore when not traveling.
  

Requirements:

• Singapore citizen.
• Fluent in both Chinese and English (written and spoken) to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking clients.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ChatGPT.
• Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant (PA) or in a related field.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to travel extensively.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and thorough in task execution.
• Proactive with excellent problem-solving and planning abilities.
• Possesses a positive “can-do” attitude and a calm, approachable demeanor.

1. Driving the employer to various locations, such as work, appointments, and social events.
2. Ensuring the vehicle is clean, fueled, and well-maintained.
3. Keeping track of the vehicle's maintenance schedule and arranging for repairs and maintenance as needed.
4. Assisting the employer with loading and unloading items, such as luggage or groceries.
5. Running errands and completing tasks as assigned by the employer, such as picking up dry cleaning or delivering packages.
6. Providing excellent customer service and ensuring the employer's safety and comfort at all times.
7. Maintaining a professional and discreet demeanor, respecting the employer's privacy and confidentiality.
8. Following all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.
9. Maintaining accurate records of driving time, mileage, and expenses.
10. Communicating effectively with the employer and other staff members to ensure all needs are met.

Work Hours： Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm

Salary: SGD 3500 + OT
