Job Scope:
- Assist with procurement processes, handling petty cash and processing invoices.
- Verify account payment listings and maintain an up-to-date vendor database.
- Review and confirm the accuracy of payment vouchers provided by facilities.
- Assist in the preparation and review of financial documents such as management accounts and financial statements.
- Support the budgeting process, including reviewing budget proposals and monitoring expenditure.
- Prepare financial documents for auditing and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Maintain and update administrative and financial records.
- Oversee the tagging of fixed assets, inventory management, and the condemnation process of items.
- Manage the issuance and collection of signed cheques.
- Provide secretarial support for committee meetings, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Job Requirements:
- Min Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- 6 Month Contract, Monday to Friday
