Position: Admin cum Account Assistant
(Singapore Citizen / Singapore Permanent Residence Only)
Salary: up to $2000 - $2600 depending on experience
Location: Tampines
Job Types: Full Time
Timing /Shifts: 5.5 Days Week
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
Saturday 8.30am to 12.30pm
Job Description:
· Perform general administrative duties, including managing phone calls, emails, follow up when necessary and correspondence.
· Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems.
· Prepare contracts for submission to clients.
· Assist in coordinating delivery schedule
· Perform ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by management.
· Contacting customer for details of servicing or maintenance schedule and others.
· Issue invoices using Xero Software Systems.
Job Requirement:
-Fresh graduates are welcome.
-1 to 2 years of relevant experience will be beneficial.
-Willing to learn attitude, on job training will be provided.
-Strong communications and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability in handling situations.
-Bilingual in English and Mandarin Spoken.
