Working Hours: 5 days a week, rotating shifts

• Morning: 9:30am - 7:15pm
• Noon: 1:30pm - 11:15pm

Transport: Claimable after 11pm

Location: Must be able to travel between two office locations

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the daily operations of the outlet.
• Provide prompt, courteous, and helpful service to customers at all times.
• Perform data entry and sales transactions.
• Handle cashiering duties accurately.
• Conduct product replenishment, stock-taking, and receiving.
• Arrange product displays and maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally.
• Undertake other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 'N' Level qualification; entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
• Good computer skills and effective communication abilities.
• Comfortable working with numbers and handling cash.
• A team player with a service-oriented mindset.
• Able to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and Public Holidays.

• Collecting and organizing applicant and partner information for various passes.
• Coordinating vaccine certificates and insurance.
• Drafting and submitting passes for approval.
• Assisting with pass issuance and Ministry of Manpower appointments.
• Compiling documents for employees and contracts.
• Supporting marketing with presentations.
• Initiating contact with institutions for project introductions and meetings.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree holder.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin for communication with counterparts in China.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in document management.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Previous experience in administrative support roles is preferred.
