Admin cum data entry

Invoicing – data entry, printing, scanning and filing,reply E-mail

Liaise with Traffic Controllers to ensure Works Orders are processed accurately and submit for billing promptly

Maintain proper filing system (invoices/documents) for audit purposes

Handle any other duties assigned by the Supervisor & Manager from time to time

Requirement:

Minimum ‘N’ level or equivalent

Knowledge of Accounting & Finance will be an added advantage

Proficient in Excel

Can work overtime when required

Positive attitude and customer-oriented

Working hours:

Mondays to Fridays: 8.30am to 5.30pm

O/T allowance will be given

Company transport provided. Reimbursement of Taxi fare for O/T.

Job Responsibilities :

• Perform administrative duties, such as purchase request consolidation, processing of PO, issuing of invoice etc
• Update the system such as accepting/ rejecting the PO, provide commit date to customer, generation of invoice
• Download and send related drawing/files from the system to respective BU
• Provide weekly and monthly allocation reports to management.
• Other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
• Arrange courier and delivery of goods
• Data entry into ERP system

Job Requirements :

• Detail oriented, responsible and meticulous
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office in Excel and Word
• Fresh graduates welcome
