Job Highlights:

• Handling consultant's tasks, such as filing and generating reports
• Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
• Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
• Documenting expenses and handing in reports
• Assisting in the design and send birthday cards / festive season greeting cards
• Other miscellaneous duties may be required

Requirement:

• A confident and effective team player; able to work independently and under pressure
• Strong communication skills required
• Preparation of necessary paperwork for onboarding of new transactions
• Ensure a positive client experience by following-up and resolving customer service-related issues in an appropriate and timely manner
• Meeting and maintaining high level of frontline service

- Handled tasks such as filing and generating reports

- Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party

- Assisted in designing and sending birthday cards and gifts

- Managed manager’s calendar and scheduled client meet ups

- Submission of claims from clients

- Liaise with, and contact clients and maintain good client relationship

- Liaising and planning with external vendors on events and collaborations

- Created, managed and updated performance-tracking excel sheets

- Created and managed full client list

- Day-to-day ad hoc responsibilities

- Data entry of client details

- Planning of team cohesion
