- Salary: Up to SGD 4k! (Subjected to experience)
- 3 years contract
The Talent:
- Diploma in Business Studies or equivalent
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office application is required
- Systematic, organized and meticulous
Job Description
- Providing administrative support to the Operations team by maintaining accurate records, carrying out sourcing and purchasing tasks, preparing invoices, keying in data, and submitting regular reports.
- Coordinating paperwork for M&E services, handling documentation for renovation works and reinstatement cases, and managing dealings and correspondences with tenants.
- Other ad hoc & general administrative and clerical duties.
